How to Calculate Lot Size with Percent Risk in Forex Tester 2/3 (2 Methods) - Backtest TV Ep. 4

Forex Tester is missing one vital feature: Automatic lot size calculation based on percentage risk. Here's how to fix that.

★ SUBSCRIBE: this video, I'll show you how to calculate the exact lot size, given a percentage of the account that you want to risk. For example, let's say that you have a $10,000 account and you want to risk 1% per trade. That would equal $100 on the first trade.

But how many lots is that? What if your account balance is $6,328.23? Then how many lots would you use?

This is where these two calculation methods come into play. The first method uses a spreadsheet and is free...but it takes some time to use the spreadsheet on each trade.

The second method is paid, but it provides instant execution. It is a script that you plug in to Forex Tester 2 or Forex Tester 3 and it will allow you to setup shortcut keys for your backtesting. This will save you a ton of time when doing your testing.
